How Can We Help?

At Quality Garden Supplies, we strive for excellence and customer satisfaction. If your product is faulty in any way, we will happily replace your item. If the product isn’t quite your perfect fit, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it, and we will happily exchange or refund the item. Refunds may be store credit for the full amount or refund through your method of payment. In case of refund or item replacement, the shipping cost will be worn by the customer.
Please note seeds and fertilizers are non-refundable.

Packaging

All of our packaging is 100% eco friendly and biodegradable. We use recycled paper and cardboard where possible and we encourage you to recycle the packaging and keep the loop cycling around.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also offer Afterpay, ApplePay and PayPal.

Due to quarantine requirements, we do not send seeds to Western Australia. Some seed varieties are prohibited to Tasmania and this is stated in the product descriptions. We send seeds to all other parts of Australia.
