Roughly translating to “dig-dig” in Japanese, the Hori Hori is far more than a simple gardening knife. With a dual-edged stainless steel blade, this tool is as at home slicing through roots and cutting twine as it is sawing through stubborn soil. The pointed tip makes quick work of compacted earth and clay.
