Ryset | Replacement Compact Secateur Blade

This replacement secateur blade will fit the Ryset Compact Bypass Secateurs. Made from reliable stainless steel, this blade comes with a small bolt adjustment tool and three blade positioning pins.

To change the blade on your Compact Bypass Secateurs, follow these steps:

1. Unscrew the central bolt on your secateurs (for this we recommend using a size 8 socket set).
2. Remove the washers and take off the handle of the secateurs and set aside. Carefully lift away the old blade, checking for any debris or sap build-up that may need cleaning.
3. Fit the replacement blade into the same position, positioning with the existing pins in the secateur handle.
4. Reassemble the bolt and tighten it until the movement feels smooth but firm. Finish by adding a drop of oil to the joint to keep the action clean and precise.
