Perpetual Gator Spinach has large oval, smooth green leaf to 60cm. Suitable as a baby leaf and full leaf to eat fresh or steamed. A rich source of vitamins and minerals. Handles hotter conditions well. Excellent for salads and cooked. Plant in fertile, well drained soil in a sunny position.Sow Autumn – Spring. Seed sow before date December 2024.
