If the item you purchased happens to be faulty in any way, we will happily replace the product. If your purchase isn’t quite the perfect fit for you, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it, and we will happily exchange or refund the item. While we hope it doesn’t come to that, we’ll make the process as smooth as possible by assisting you personally in the procedure if required.
Under Australian Consumer Laws, a product that has a major fault/defect due to no fault of the customer will need to be offered a full refund including any shipping cost.
Refunds may be store credit for the full amount, or refund through your method of payment. In case of refund or item replacement, the shipping cost will be worn by the customer.
Please note seeds and fertilizers are non-refundable.
