Returns & Refund Policy

Here at Quality Garden Supplies, we strive for excellence and customer satisfaction, and we back that up with our return policies. Your trust is the most important thing to us.

We have a 30-day easy returns policy.  If your purchase isn’t quite the perfect fit for you, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it, and we will happily exchange or refund the item.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in it’s original packaging.

If the item you purchased happens to be faulty in any way, we will happily replace the product. While we hope it doesn’t come to that, we’ll make the process as smooth as possible by assisting you personally in the procedure if required.

Under Australian Consumer Laws, a product that has a major fault/defect due to no fault of your own, we will need to be offered a full refund including any shipping cost.

Refunds may be store credit for the full amount, or refund through your method of payment.

It is your responsibility to get the product(s) back to us and the shipping cost will be worn by the customer unless we are at fault.

Please note seeds and fertilizers are non-refundable.
