- *Free standard shipping is offered for orders $149 or above. Flat rate of $12.95 for orders below $149.
- *Express shipping flat rate $24.95.
- Quality Garden Supplies does not currently offer international shipping.
*Unfortunately free shipping does not apply on large and bulky items.
- Items over 2m in length: $34.95.
- Bulky items (large items and items that are over 1m in length): flat rate $16.95, express $34.95.
Local Pickup:
We offer local pickup from Chatswood, Sydney. Our store is open Mondays – Fridays from 9am to 3:30pm, and by appointment on weekends.
Orders are typically ready after purchase and order confirmation.
Pickup Location: 4/312 High Street, Chatswood, NSW 2067.
Dispatch:
Same day dispatch is offered if order is placed before 2:00pm Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays).
Carrier:
Australia Post is used for most parcels, however from time to time a courier may be used as a suitable option. For orders including items over 105cm, a courier will be used.

Standard shipping will be delivered as per Australia Post delivery schedule:
NSW: 2-4 business days
VIC, SA, QLD, Tas, NT & WA: 3-6 business days
