- *Free standard shipping is offered for orders $149 or above. Flat rate of $9.95 for orders below $149.
- *Express shipping flat rate $24.95.
- Quality Garden Supplies does not currently offer international shipping.
*Please note Shipping charges may vary for big and bulky items. Items over 5kgs in weight and items over 2m in height will incur a variable shipping fee depending on where you live in Australia.
Local Pickup:
We offer local pick from Chatswood, Sydney. Our store is open Mondays -Fridays from 9am to 5pm, and by appointment at weekends.
Orders are typically ready after purchase and order confirmation.

Dispatch:
Same day dispatch is offered if order is placed before 2:00pm Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays).
Carrier:
Australia Post is used for most parcels, however from time to time a courier may be used as a suitable option. For orders including items over 105cm or 5kg, a courier will be used.
Shipping times:
Standard shipping will be delivered in 3-7 business days depending on arrival location. Due to the impact of Covid-19, Australia Post is experiencing significant delays, so your parcel may take longer to arrive than usual. Australia Post are working to ensure parcels are delivered as quickly and safely as possible. Australia Post have also taken extra measures to protect the health and safety of customers and their staff by reducing physical interaction. Shipping to WA and NT will take longer.
