Yoshioka | Nokokari Bent Neck Serrated Hedge Shears

The Yoshioka Nokokari Serrated Hedge Shears are handcrafted in Ono City, Japan, using chrome-coated cutlery‑grade steel for sharp, rust‑resistant performance. A serrated blade combined with a straight edge blade grips branches securely, allowing clean, controlled cuts on leaves, stems and branches up to 15mm thick.

The ‘Urasuki’ style hollow blades reduce friction and create a channel for sap to pass through, keeping the shears smooth and efficient during long trimming sessions. Short white‑oak handles provide excellent balance for shaping hedges, refining shrubs, and detailed topiary work.

The bent‑neck blade design keeps your wrists in a natural position, reducing fatigue and improving visibility as you work. With 18cm blades and 60cm overall length, they offer precision without sacrificing cutting power, keeping your work close at hand. Hand-forged by a master blacksmith, each pair is finished with meticulous care for professional‑level performance. Durable, authentic, and beautifully made, they reflect Yoshioka Hamono’s commitment to tools that cut beautifully and feel balanced in the hand.
